Retail Operations Associate (Part-Time early morning) – This role supports store operations and customer experience during early morning hours.

• Greet teammates and customers, proactively understand needs, and support the shopping experience.
• Process merchandise and products received, keep backroom organized, and maintain accessibility in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, transfers, RTVs, claims, and freight processing.
• Fulfill company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to service level standards.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder or platform (where applicable).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).
