Join our locally‑owned store at Mall 205! We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our fun and family‑oriented team. If you don’t have management experience, we will train you. The Assistant Manager will learn alongside the Store Manager to build a team, foster a culture focused on excellent salon results through great customer service and brand delivery. Our leading training program will prepare you for managing your own store with skills you carry throughout your career.

Your core responsibilities will include learning how our store operates behind the scenes while motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

Alongside the manager, our entire team will coach you on store operations, motivation, and coaching your Team Members.

Hourly wage + bonuses + tip = $25–$40 per hour based on personal and store performance.

• A valid Oregon cosmetology license – you will be on the floor cutting hair.
