Prepare all food items in accordance with planned menus and recipes, ensuring meals are appetizing and meet dietary requirements.;
Ensure all food is served at the correct temperature and properly plated.;
Consult with the Director of Dining Services on any menu changes or substitutions.;
Record and monitor temperatures of refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers; ensure compliance with safety standards.;
May supervise servers and dishwashers and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
