Leads and behaves according to Potbelly Values. Manages and develops associates to ensure quality product, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency.

• Leading shifts, assigning tasks, providing feedback and training.
• Supporting personnel policies, safety, and security procedures.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints.
• Managing sales, controlling costs, and promoting sales initiatives.
• Overseeing food safety and operational standards.

• Ability to work 40+ hours/week, stand/walk for long periods, lift weights, and work in varied environments.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• High School diploma required;
  Food Safety Certification training necessary.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume shifts effectively.
