Leads and behaves according to Potbelly Values. Manages and develops associates to ensure quality product, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include:- Leading shifts, assigning tasks, providing feedback and training.
- Supporting personnel policies, safety, and security procedures.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints.
- Managing sales, controlling costs, and promoting sales initiatives.
- Overseeing food safety and operational standards.
- Ability to work 40+ hours/week, stand/walk for long periods, lift weights, and work in varied environments.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
- High School diploma required;
Food Safety Certification training necessary.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume shifts effectively.
