• Prepare and fabricate items for use in the kitchen according to established recipes and procedures.
• Store product as received and rotate stock according to established procedures.
• Maintain coolers and storage areas and ensure cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all areas.
• Keep workstation clean, sanitary and orderly in accordance with health department regulations.
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as established by the Executive Chef.
• Restock all items as needed throughout shift.
• Prepare dishes for members and guests with food allergies and intolerances.
• Work at an efficient and consistent pace.
• Comply with all club safety policies and procedures, demonstrating safe work practices; identify and report unsafe or hazardous work conditions; report all workplace injuries and illnesses to supervisor.
• Promote the MAC code of conduct in club activities and demonstrate the importance of providing quality service to members.

• One year of line cook experience in a similar environment.
• Possession of a valid food‑handler’s permit.
• Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work at least one station on the line successfully.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal form.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers.
