We are currently seeking candidates with a passion for excellent food and outstanding hospitality to join our team as a Line Cook.

With a mission to enrich people’s lives, we empower our staff to have a profound impact on seniors while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

As a Line Cook, you will be part of the team responsible for educating residents and team members about healthy food options, getting to know a community of wonderful people, and ensuring we always maintain the Gold Standard in all aspects of cooking, food preparation, and presentation.

Full and Part Time positions

Day and Night shifts available.

$21.75/HR – $24.11 per hour DOE

Requirements

• A commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), and a desire to model these values and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year as a Line Cook in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members.
