CHEF

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full-time CHEF position at Adidas, located at 5055 North Greely Avenue, Portland, OR 97217. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday; hours may vary with occasional nights and weekends. More details upon interview.

Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour.

Requirement:
Previous culinary and management experience is preferred.

• Supervise, coordinate and participate in activities of cooks and other associates engaged in preparing, cooking and serving food; ensure food handling, sanitation and customer service standards are met.
• Supervise hourly kitchen staff, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production, delivery and service schedules; serve meals or prepare for delivery.
• Ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures.
• Track food use, waste and consumption to requisition or purchase product.
• Receive and inspect product and supplies for quality and quantity to ensure appropriate inventory.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils; keep workstations clean and compliant with sanitation, safety, and merchandising requirements.
• Assist in selecting and developing recipes and menus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
