• Serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
• Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
• Collaborate with teammates and dining-room staff, speaking clearly and listening attentively.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures, including washing hands with disinfecting soap and wearing protective hand covering throughout the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with diverse guests.
• Commitment to making a positive impact in the customer experience.
• Physical ability to stand for up to 4 hours, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and frequently move plates and baskets.
