About the Role

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
• For a Guest Service Department Manager: oversee crew and managers to deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and keep the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized.
• For a Kitchen Department Manager: ensure high‑quality food is delivered quickly, maintain food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff on new menu items.
• For a People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, provide thorough training, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate crew throughout their time at the restaurant.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
