Reducing the cancer burden in Indian country by supporting the development of highly trained Native cancer researchers.
Accepted fellows will attend a two-week summer training in Portland, OR June 8-19, 2026, receive distance learning, peer and career mentorship, a travel award to attend a research conference, and be connected to a network of experts in cancer control and prevention in Indian Country. We encourage American Indian and Alaska Native graduate students, researchers, and tribal health workers with a demonstrated interest in cancer prevention and control to apply.
