- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage and nurture leads, turning them into successful transactions
- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients
- Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience
- Utilize our marketing tools to effectively promote properties and attract prospective buyers
- Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to offer clients the best advice
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system for transparency and follow-up purposes
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
$35,000 - $250,000 yearly
