This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Escrow Assistant and Assistant Escrow Officer will support escrow processes by managing documentation, coordinating closings, preparing and proofreading escrow instructions, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clear, professional communication with all parties, providing excellent customer service, and notarizing documents as necessary.
Qualifications- Proficiency in escrow processes and managing closings effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience or credentials as a Notary Public
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with real estate procedures and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
