The Opportunity

We’re seeking licensed Real Estate Brokers to join our top-producing team at Real Broker. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals who want strong support, a collaborative environment, and room to grow—while still having fun along the way.

As a key member of our team, you’ll help clients buy and sell homes with confidence, clarity, and care. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves—and that balance matters to us.

What You’ll Do
  • Guide clients through the full transaction process—from listing to closing
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve great outcomes
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through clear communication and relationship-building
  • Manage listings, including staging, open houses, and virtual tours
  • Stay current on market trends, property values, and Fair Housing laws
  • Collaborate with agents, inspectors, escrow officers, and lenders to keep transactions running smoothly
  • Maintain organized and accurate records for transactions and client communications (we provide the CRM)
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Oregon real estate license (Washington is a bonus!)
  • Experience in residential real estate sales or brokerage
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and a history of successful closings
  • Solid marketing skills across digital and traditional platforms
  • A strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and ethical standards
  • A client-first mindset and genuine care for people
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple transactions
