This full-time, on-site Property Manager role is located in Portland, OR. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, including tenant relations, lease management, rent collection, and property maintenance. Responsibilities include coordinating with leasing agents, managing vendor contracts, addressing resident requests, and ensuring compliance with local property regulations. The role also involves budgeting, financial reporting, and assisting with cost optimization to enhance property performance.

• Proficiency in property management, lease administration, and tenant relations
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost optimization
• Knowledge of property maintenance, vendor management, and local regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional tenant experiences and achieving property goals
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in multifamily or commercial property management is highly desirable
