We’re looking for an experienced, growth‑minded real estate professional who brings both skill and integrity to the table.

• An active Oregon Real Estate Broker’s License (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Ability and willingness to work in‑office at our brokerage near Bridgeport Village.
• 1+ years of full‑time experience in residential real estate sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
• A growth mindset and openness to learning new systems, scripts, and strategies.
• High personal standards, accountability, and follow‑through.
• Comfort with technology and using a digital calendar (Google suite).
• A desire to be part of something bigger — a team that’s collaborative, intentional, and committed to excellence.
