Associate Veterinarian

Overview

Kenton Animal Hospital (2016) and Cathedral Animal Hospital (2019) were created to foster a positive work environment with a focus on work-life balance where the happiness of the employees is a priority. We are looking for a part time (2 days a week) or full time (3 or 4 days a week) veterinarian. Our thoughtfully selected team is compassionate, genuine, efficient, and has a sense of humor.

We are a female-privately owned practice offering both Eastern and Western medicine individually tailored to meet the needs of our patients. We are proud to offer our patients acupuncture, herbal therapies, massage therapy, cold laser therapy, as well as digital radiography, in-house labs, and an elevated standard of care for surgery, dentistry, and anesthetic procedures. We strive to provide the best individualized care for our patients in a peaceful and calm environment.

Experience in integrative medicine is not required, but a desire to learn about it is a must.

• Provide veterinary care as part of an integrative medicine approach, offering both Eastern and Western modalities where appropriate.
• Support and utilize services offered by the practice (acupuncture, herbal therapies, massage therapy, cold laser therapy, digital radiography, in-house labs).
• Assist with surgery, dentistry, and anesthetic procedures to maintain elevated standards of care.

• Desire to learn about integrative medicine; experience is not required.
• Interest in contributing to a compassionate, calm clinical environment and team-focused culture.
