DVM Careers Consultant | Veterinary Recruitment Specialist | USA 🐾 🇺🇸Are you a passionate equine veterinarian looking to join a well-established, progressive practice with a collaborative team and excellent facilities?
This long-standing equine hospital, located just outside Portland, has been providing comprehensive care to horses across the Pacific Northwest for over four decades. Due to ongoing growth, they’re now seeking to grow their dedicated four-doctor team.
This practice offers a true mix of ambulatory and in-clinic caseload (roughly 60/40), allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds. Their state-of-the-art facility includes three treatment areas with stocks, a padded surgical suite, nine stalls, and an indoor arena — one of the few hospitals in the area equipped to hospitalize patients. Equipment includes digital radiography, ultrasound, shockwave, power dental units, and a full in-house lab.
They also partner with a board-certified surgeon for scheduled procedures and are known for their advanced equine dentistry services.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team that values mentorship, continuing education, and a healthy work-life balance. A four-day workweek and shared emergency rotation ensure time to recharge, while open communication and collaboration keep the culture positive and progressive.
