Requirements to Apply- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse license upon hire
- License in states where care is delivered upon hire
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider PALS certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire
- Minimum one year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership ability

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Charge Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership in a fast‑paced Emergency Department. This 0.75 FTE night shift role is responsible for coordinating patient flow, supporting nursing staff, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering expert direct patient care for high‑acuity emergency cases. The Charge RN serves as a resource and mentor to team members, assists with staffing and operational decisions, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary partners to ensure timely, evidence‑based treatment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, emergency nursing expertise, and the ability to lead with confidence in dynamic clinical situations.
