About the Position
Join our Level III NICU team rles in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA). The role offers the opportunity to lead neonatal resuscitations, provide family‑centered care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment.
Work ScheduleFlexible 12- or 24‑hour shifts, no formal call requirements. This full‑time, permanent position emphasizes hands‑on expertise, leadership, and ongoing learning through simulations and quality initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead neonatal resuscitations and critical interventions.
- Provide family‑centered care and education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
- Engage in simulations and quality improvement initiatives.
- Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
- Strong procedural skills in neonatal care.
