Job Overview
Registered Nurse – Telemetry – Travel (Tele RN) to be stationed in Portland, Oregon at Adventist Health Portland.

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12‑hour nights (36 hrs/week)
Pay Rate: $1,916.00–$2,035.00 per 12‑hour shift.
Total Bed Count: 47 (Telemetry 43, Dialysis
4). Staffing ratios: 1 RN : 4 patients (days/night/weekends). Float allowed. Weekend coverage: same as weekdays; full‑time staff required to monitor half of weekend shifts. Scheduling:
Staffer creates schedule. Systems:
Medication – Omnicell, Documentation – Epic. Support: IV Teams (dayshift), Pharmacy 24/7, Phlebotomy 24/7, Transportation 7 am–10:30 pm, Unit Secretary (Department Patient Registration). Providers:
Intensivist 24/7, Hospitalist 24/7. Equipment:
Telemetry monitors; special procedures: cardioversion, echo, recovery from cath lab procedures.
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned groups according to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff, coordinates with other disciplines, and uses critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
Required Qualifications- Registered RN in Oregon.
- Minimum 2 years telemetry experience.
- BLS and ACLS certification (copies required).
- Current SSN and DOB required.
- Provide 2 recent references.
