Role Overview
Join our Level III NICU team rles in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Responsibilities- Lead neonatal resuscitations.
- Provide family‑centered care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment.
- Work flexible 12‑ or 24‑hour shifts with no formal call requirements.
- Emphasize hands‑on expertise, leadership, and ongoing learning through simulations and quality initiatives.
- Certification as an NNP or PA.
- At least 2 years of NICU experience.
- Strong procedural skills.
