• Are weekends required? Yes Saturday 0600-Monday 0600, once per month
• Are block schedules required? No
• What are expected ratios? 1:1
• Special requirements:
  Scrub, Circulator experience preferred
• Are 48 hours approved? No
• Must have a vehicle for this assignment!
• It is common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets
• Professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S.
• Facilities:
  Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent
• Note for Seaside floating only – If your traveler is booked to a non‑Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive /hour incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement.
• If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.
• Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
