Registered Nurse - Resource Pool - Diverse clinical exposure multiple departments

Unit Description

Registered Nurses in Resource Pool provide patient care to the following areas.

• Two Medical/Surgical Units – 2 South Unit (42 patient beds) and 2 North Unit (9 patient beds).
• Intensive Care Unit – 14 patient beds.
• Women and Children’s Unit – 4 labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum suites with labor tubs, 6 additional inpatient rooms, 3 observation rooms and a fully equipped operating room.
• Emergency Department – 24 patient beds that provides care for an average of 80 patients per day.

Preferably one year of hospital experience and two years of nursing experience.

Not required.

• $10,000 (pro-rated for part‑time) signing bonus for full‑time positions.
• $6.00/hr resource differential.
• $3.00/hr evening differential.
• $6.50/hr night differential and $3.50/hr weekend differential.
• $3.00/hr charge role differential.
• $2.00/hr preceptor differential.
• 1.5 times regular pay for holidays.
• After six months (full time and part time employees) are eligible for tuition assistance up to $3,500.
• Additional terms and conditions apply.

• Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
• Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
