Licensed Practical Nurse

Under the direction of the Medical Director, Registered Nurse, and Program Director, the LPN works collaboratively to provide safe, accurate, and compassionate care in an outpatient setting. This role includes direct patient interaction, medication administration, clinical support duties, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the clinic.

• Administer medications per physician orders and document accurately
• Perform daily medication inventory counts and maintain strict accountability
• Ensure precise tracking and reconciliation of medication supply
• Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation when necessary
• Verify dosages with other treatment centers as needed
• Administer required lab tests (vitals, TB testing, etc.)
• Assist Medical Director with history and physical documentation
• Schedule and screen patients for provider appointments
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records
• Participate in accreditation preparation and state audit processes
• Dispose of medical waste according to proper protocol
• Provide professional customer service to patients and visitors

• Active LPN license in the state of practice

• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience
• Prior clinical experience preferred

• Understanding of opioid addiction and recovery principles
• General nursing knowledge and medical terminology
• Basic math skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
