Under the supervision of a registered nurse, this position provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire:
  Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License.
• Upon hire (if practicing within Washington):
  Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License.
• 2 years of experience, OR Nursing student with current CNA.

$21.73 - $32.03 (base pay) plus potential shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
