Overview
Join a Level III NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Responsibilities- Lead neonatal resuscitations, care for term and preterm infants, and support neonatal transport.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
- Utilize advanced skills in procedures such as intubation, line placement, and ventilator management.
- Participate in simulations, quality improvement, and mentorship opportunities.
- Enjoy flexible 12- and 24-hour shifts, with no formal call requirements.
- Require at least 2 years of NICU experience in a Level III setting and relevant certification.
