Position Summary
The RN Manager is accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services. This role is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in alignment with organizational mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for the Operating Room nursing team.
Ensure high-quality patient care through evidence-based practices.
Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and performance management.
Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace culture.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
$10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school.
Active Oregon Registered Nurse License (or ability to obtain before start date).
Current National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association).
Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in nursing or a related field.
CNOR certification.
