Tap Healthcare is seeking an accomplished and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead the Home Infusion Pharmacy team at Home and Community Care (HCC) in Portland, Oregon
. This leadership role is ideal for a clinically skilled registered nurse who excels in managing teams, optimizing care delivery, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes in a home and community-based environment.

The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, maintain clinical excellence, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to infusion services. You ll work collaboratively with physicians, pharmacists, and nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality infusion therapy tailored to each patient s needs.

• Maintain clinical excellence and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to infusion services.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality infusion therapy tailored to each patient s needs.

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field
  , or equivalent education/experience.
• Current Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Four years of experience in home infusion or related clinical specialty.
• Two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for team or patient support.
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers must comply with all state laws regarding driving and provide proof of a valid drivers license and auto insurance upon request.

• Masters Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Certification in Infusion Nursing (CRNI) or comparable specialty certification.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and managing clinical operations.
