Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide top‑notch patient care within your assigned department or unit. Working closely with clinical managers, physicians, specialists, and support staff, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve the highest standards of safety and compassion.

- Med‑Surg Areas
- Procedural Units
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care while adhering to Legacy Health’s high standards for assessment, care delivery, and transfer.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care for every patient.
- Advocate for patients, offering education and emotional support to help them navigate their health journeys.
- Leverage cutting‑edge electronic health systems to accurately document patient information and facilitate seamless care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred.
- For certain roles, a BSN is required; RNs without a BSN may be considered based on clinical experience and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer.
- At least one year of nursing experience, or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program (or equivalent).
- Additional clinical experience may be required, depending on the department.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to navigate and utilize electronic health systems.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Pay RangeUSD $54.37 – $81.21 per hour.
