Zoom Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!
Compensation- Total earning potential of $200,000+
- Base salary $135,000 – $150,000 (34 hours per week)
- Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives and the ability to pick up additional shifts
- RVU-based bonus model with no cap on earning potential

- Paid time off of 4 weeks plus 1 week for CME

- State license, DEA, BLS and membership in a professional organization of your choice (AANP or AAPA)

- Clinic positions require a two‑week training period with travel to various clinics; schedule during training may differ from the standard clinic schedule.
- Additional mandatory training may be required, depending on the position and associated requirements.
- Float throughout the Portland Metro area
- Provide preventive care, illness and injury diagnostics, wellness exams and procedures.
- Practice in state‑of‑the‑art neighborhood clinics with a well‑organized practice model.
- Deliver evidence‑based medical care.
- Practice confidently with on‑demand access to a physician.
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA or Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
- At least 1–2 years of post‑graduation experience in urgent care, primary care or emergency care.
- Experience seeing patients of all ages.
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
- Demonstrate 2,000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Fit tested for an N‑95 mask; must be clean‑shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
- Must wear a mask as needed.
- Clinical timelines and work volume/deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
- Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
