Family Nurse Practitioner - Float

Zoom Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!

• Total earning potential of $200,000+
• Base salary $135,000 – $150,000 (34 hours per week)
• Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives and the ability to pick up additional shifts
• RVU-based bonus model with no cap on earning potential

• Clinic positions require a two‑week training period with travel to various clinics; schedule during training may differ from the standard clinic schedule.
• Additional mandatory training may be required, depending on the position and associated requirements.

• Float throughout the Portland Metro area

• Provide preventive care, illness and injury diagnostics, wellness exams and procedures.
• Practice in state‑of‑the‑art neighborhood clinics with a well‑organized practice model.
• Deliver evidence‑based medical care.
• Practice confidently with on‑demand access to a physician.

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA or Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
• At least 1–2 years of post‑graduation experience in urgent care, primary care or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Demonstrate 2,000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Fit tested for an N‑95 mask; must be clean‑shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
• Must wear a mask as needed.
• Clinical timelines and work volume/deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
