Overview

Providence Women's and Children's Services is seeking full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant candidates who have completed a 12-month Neonatal PA fellowship or residency program to join a well-established team in Portland, Oregon. In this role you will provide clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants, patient education, and collaborate with medical, nursing, and support services to deliver high-value, family-centered care.

You will exercise autonomy in ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests to drive treatment plans. Neonatal Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant coverage provided at both Providence St. Vincent and Providence Portland Medical Centers, both teaching hospitals with Level III NICUs, Maternal Fetal Medicine Consultation, and OB Hospitalist support.

Responsibilities
  • Full-time, 1.0 FTE; 12 and 24-hour shifts
  • Advanced notice, self-scheduling
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioners; or Neonatal Physician Assistants
  • Support services for birthing parents and babies throughout the Providence system, including 2 Level-III NICUs in Portland, Oregon
