Position Overview
Join a dedicated NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA). In this role, you'll provide compassionate, family-centered care in a Level III NICU, leading neonatal resuscitations and managing both term and preterm infants. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, utilize advanced skills in resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal transport, and participate in quality improvement and mentorship initiatives.
ScheduleSchedule includes 24/7 coverage with flexible day and night shifts, primarily 12- or 24-hour shifts, with no formal call required.
QualificationsCandidates need at least 2 years of NICU experience, certification as an NNP or PA, and strong procedural skills.
