Job DescriptionThe Supervisor Navigator RN at four Providence Cancer Institutes will supervise a team of 23 oncology nurse navigators. This is a full‑time, day shift position. The Supervisors assist the Director of Clinical Program Development and Patient Experience with daily supervision of RN navigators’ activities and workflows, uphold nursing practice standards and ONS/ONN core competencies, and provide direct navigation services to a pre‑selected group of patients while supporting the team.
Required Qualifications- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirements.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- OCN within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
- 3 years of relevant oncology RN experience.
- Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
- 2 years as an Oncology Nurse Navigator.
- Care management and/or clinical trial experience.
- Supervisory experience.

The pay range for this position is $59.39 – $93.75 per hour, with potential for additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
