Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Interventional Pain Management Team
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center. This full‑time role offers a flexible schedule, full benefits, productivity bonuses, CME reimbursement, and a collegial outpatient environment
.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and develop patient‑care plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies.
- Document patient care thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members and refer to specialists as needed.
- Provide in‑person care in Sutherlin, OR (relocation required before start).
- Current applicable state license.
- National certification.
- DEA license or ability to obtain one.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Salary range: $125,000–$150,000 per year.

Sutherlin, Oregon (relocation required before start).
