Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool position requiring a ME or compact RN license and 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities

• Work in the Nursing Float Pool within a hospital setting

• Float to various Med/Surg Telemetry units as needed

• Patient population includes adult Med/Surg and telemetry cases

• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• May be required to float between facilities within a 25-mile radius

• Responsible for providing comprehensive care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients

• Assignment does not accept travel pairs or groups

• Local travelers within 90 miles may be considered but are not eligible for renewals or extensions

• Returning employees or travelers must disclose employment within the past 12 months at any facility in the health system

• All required documentation must be completed prior to assignment start
Requirements

• Active ME or compact RN license required

• Minimum of 2 years Med/Surg Tele nursing experience

• Driver’s License required for consideration
