Position Overview

Nor Tek Medical Staffing is recruiting experienced Neonatal NPs or PAs to join a high-acuity Level III NICU team in Portland, Oregon. This permanent role supports high-risk neonatal populations in teaching hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage care for critically ill neonates and infants
• Attend deliveries and perform neonatal procedures
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in 12- or 24-hour in-hospital shifts

Required Qualifications

• Neonatal NP or PA certification
• Completion of a neonatal fellowship or residency
• NRP certification
• Strong NICU experience preferred

Work Schedule

12- or 24-hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7am–7am)
