Job Title: Travel RN - Med/Surg

Salary Range: $40 to $50 per hour
Shift: Night Shift
Duration: 13 weeks (Contract)

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) unit in Portland, Oregon. This role is essential for providing high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic illnesses.

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, documenting any changes and responding appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
