Supervisor Navigator RN

Full‑time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift

Providence Portland Medical Center – Portland, OR

• Assist the Director Clinical Program Development and Patient Experience with daily supervision of RN Navigators.
• Provide direct navigation services to a pre‑selected group of patients.
• Uphold standards of nursing practice, including ONS ONN core competencies.
• Support the RN Navigator team in a supervisory role.

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• OCN within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• 3 years of relevant oncology RN experience.
• Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

• 2 years as an Oncology Nurse Navigator.
• Care‑management and/or clinical trial experience.
• Supervisory experience.

$59.39 – $93.75 per hour (base pay; additional compensation such as shift differentials, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities may be available).
