Nurse Manager – Med/Surg/Oncology – Portland, OR
Opportunity Highlights:
- Lead a 20-bed inpatient Med/Surg Oncology unit
- Oversee ~50 direct reports including RNs and support staff
- Flexible work hours with strong leadership support

Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations, staffing, and patient care delivery
- Implement best practice models and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Oversee budget, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives
- Maintain clinical expertise and supervise care in a 24/7 environment
Qualifications:
- RN license in Oregon (or ability to obtain by hire)
- BSN and at least 5 years in patient care delivery
- Minimum 5 years in business operations/clinical healthcare or related field
- Minimum 4 years in a leadership role
- BLS required; oncology experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $171,000 – $198,000/year
