Overview:We seek a dynamic Sr. Product Marketing Manager with experience in positioning solutions to Financial Services and E-Commerce organizations. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing product messaging, product go-to-market playbooks and sales enablement to drive new and existing business growth with our Payments and Platform customers. The ideal candidate will deeply understand the ever-changing Payments and E-Commerce landscape, the latest industry trends, and the specific needs of Risk and Compliance and Trust and Safety professionals.
As the sole Product Marketing Manager on the Marketing team, you will partner closely with Product Management, Sales and Demand Gen to develop resources to support marketing and sales execution. Your efforts will ensure we deliver compelling and differentiated messaging in the market, enable sales and support new product releases to drive growth of our payments and platform solutions. This high-visibility, high-impact role requires strong collaboration and a clear understanding of the principles of product marketing.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Market intelligence—be the expert on our customers, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.
- Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
- Collaborate with product management and Demand Generation to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
- Understand our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.
- Develop resources that support the prospect and customer journey including compelling use cases, solution briefs, demos, event presentations and website messaging.
- Take the lead on partnering with Product Management and Generation to bring new products and releases to the market.
- Serve as a trusted leader within the organization who can effectively present the value of our solutions in webinars and at events.
- Manage and support content development for sales training and sales kickoff to ensure we lead with value-driven messaging.
- Partner with Product Management to report on the effectiveness of new products in the market - pipeline, closed won ARR, renewals.
- 7-10 years in a Product Marketing Manager role, preferably within the payments or fintech industry
- In-depth knowledge of the payments industry landscape, including key players, challenges, and trends.
- Proven experience in developing content that speaks to the specific needs and challenges of the market.
- A deep understanding of the product marketing frameworks and resources to support effective launches, releases and sales enablement.
- The ability to partner closely with marketing on messaging and targets for cross‑channel campaigns that speak to the needs of our target ICP.
- Highly organized, methodical, and detail‑oriented with an ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Dependable, with outstanding multitasking abilities and an eagerness to understand and support the needs of a busy and fast‑paced marketing team.
