R&H Construction is seeking a motivated, creative and results driven Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of R&H’s marketing efforts including social media, website management, marketing collateral and event coordination. The Marketing Coordinator also plays an active role in pursuit development by supporting the full proposal and interview process through coordination, content development, graphic design and writing.

Role and Responsibilities:

Pursuit & Proposal Responsibilities
-Approximately 40 percent of role

  • Support and/or lead proposal, pursuit and interview development including coordination, writing, editing, graphic design and layout
  • Assist in research related to clients, competitors and market sectors
  • Create visuals, layouts and infographics for pursuit materials following R&H brand standards
  • Track deadlines, responsibilities and internal review processes
  • Maintain pursuit resources including resumes, project sheets and boilerplate content
  • Support reporting of pursuit-related metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development and project teams on go-to-market strategies

General Marketing Responsibilities
-Approximately 60 percent of role

Core Marketing Duties

  • Plan, write and post content across R&H social media platforms
  • Maintain and update R&H’s website including project pages, blog and team page
  • Coordinate and support marketing events including trade shows, golf tournaments, community events and industry networking opportunities
  • Produce and maintain marketing materials including brochures, project sheets, advertisements, etc.
  • Support the creation of R&H’s quarterly client newsletters including writing content, designing layouts, editing and production through a digital e-blast program
  • Assist with case studies, project descriptions and award submittals
  • Order and maintain company identity materials

Photography and Visual Content

  • Coordinate professional project photo shoots
  • Initiate and organize internal photography needs including project photos, event photos and team member headshots.
  • Photograph R&H-hosted events, projects and team member headshots when needed
  • Edit, resize and maintain photo library for use in proposals, the website, social media and marketing collateral

Brand and Collateral Support

  • Assist project teams in designing and procuring branded project materials such as hardhat stickers, shirts and hats
  • Manage R&H’s company store including apparel ordering, inventory tracking and order fulfillment

Additional Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain marketing and project in the company’s CRM
  • Supports other areas of the company (HR, Safety, Shop, Jobsites) in a marketing capacity
  • Support additional marketing initiatives throughout the year as needed
  • Represent R&H at industry associations and events
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and fundamentals

  • Strong page layout and graphic design experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive, resourceful and inquisitive
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task, manage time and prioritize competing deadlines
Education / Experience:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree: two to five years of AEC industry experience
  • No degree: four to five years of relevant AEC industry experience
Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of experience with proposal coordination, writing and design, ideally in the AEC industry
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and CC Libraries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM/database software, Cosential by Unanet preferred
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to collaborate with R&H and industry peers
  • Strong writing, editing and critical thinking skills
