Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead IV (Maintenance Lead – Onsite)
Location: Portland, OR 97211
Pay Rate: $40.00 – $41.25 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM (weekend support as needed)
Work Environment: Onsite – Manufacturing Facility
The Maintenance Team Lead IV provides onsite leadership supporting maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives within a food manufacturing environment. This role works closely with production and operations teams to ensure equipment performance, coordinate preventive maintenance activities, and maintain safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support daily maintenance activities within a manufacturing facility
- Oversee Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and support weekend maintenance activities when required
- Partner with production and operations teams to maintain equipment reliability and uptime
- Maintain maintenance documentation and reporting within ERP/SAP systems
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the facility
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and operational standards
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams regarding maintenance priorities and equipment status
- Technical degree or equivalent hands‑on maintenance experience required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, reliability, or related technical roles
- Experience working in a food manufacturing or regulated production environment preferred
- Understanding of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) concepts
- Experience using ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work onsite and support weekend maintenance demands when needed
