Sheet Metal Production Worker

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking motivated production workers for our client in sheet metal production and fabrication work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a trades or physical work background to learn a specialized skill. While a background in sheet metal production is a plus, the client will provide training on all machinery and production processes - we're seeking those with foundational work experience and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to operate sheet metal fabrication equipment with on-the-job training.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain quality standards through attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in trades work, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or other hands-on physical work
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work at a quick, steady pace
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Shift(s):

DAY

Shift: M-F 7a-4p standard schedule, during busy season can work 10 hour days and overtime on Saturdays

NIGHT

Shift: M-F 2p-11p standard schedule, during busy season can work 10 hour days and overtime on Saturdays
