Overview
Pro Ampac is seeking a production teammate responsible for bag machine setup, monitoring production, quality inspection, and collaboration across departments to ensure efficient operations and safety.
Responsibilities- Completes bag machine setup for production, runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met.
- Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work in progress regulations.
- Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and performs routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently. Keeps machinery and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging, and cleanliness requirements.
- Communicates clear instructions to other crew members as needed.
- Completes all necessary documentation for internal and/or external use.
- Adheres to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries. Wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by safety policies and reports safety hazards to appropriate team member.
- Works effectively with all personnel in all departments, such as machine technicians, supervisors, and quality control inspectors, to coordinate production activities and address any potential issues as they arise.
