Full Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Tualatin. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining production machinery, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Record production data and machine performance
- Fulfill production goals while maintaining a high standard of safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
- 1-2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
