What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high quality of service.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment where every team member feels valued and supported.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate leaders and teammates to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
- Identify opportunities and execute strategies to drive revenue and manage costs.
- Lead recruitment and selection process for all teammates at your hotel.
We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in hotel management or a related field.
- A passion for guest service and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Ability to be accountable to your role and be able to hold others accountable for theirs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and lead.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
