In this role, you’ll help manage and grow the branch’s book of business while cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners.

Hybridity: two days per week remote, with travel to agencies, events, and partners as needed.
Responsibilities- Supervise a team of direct reports, helping them achieve goals and supporting their development in collaboration with branch leadership.
- Contribute to performance management by providing feedback and guidance to excel in the business.
- Train and mentor team members to support the branch’s overall success and maintain a balanced, nimble culture.
- Assist in overall management of the branch’s book of business, balancing strategic growth with risk management.
- Participate in underwriting decisions on bonds (including contract bonds) with attention to detail to inform profitability and risk: assess, accept, or reject bonds as appropriate.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and partners, manage difficult bond situations, and stay current with industry trends to remain competitive.
- Travel as part of the role to visit agencies, attend events, and meet potential business partners; manage a large territory and connect with clients in person when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of progressively responsible managerial experience in underwriting, production, and marketing within the fidelity and surety industry.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; ability to support marketing growth and ensure quality service delivery.

- Competitive salary ($130,000–$200,000 commensurate with experience)
