Do you love supporting creative communities and helping arts organizations thrive? Milagro—the Pacific Northwest’s premier Latino arts and culture center—is seeking a Business Manager to join our small but mighty team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and impact: you’ll manage day-to-day finances, payroll, tax and year-end financial reporting to help steward grants and donor funds, and keep our operations running smoothly so our artists and programs can shine.

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Business Manager oversees fiscal and administrative functions including bookkeeping, payroll, HR, tax reporting, compliance, and grant reporting. You’ll work closely with staff and board members to ensure Milagro remains financially strong and mission aligned as we bring extraordinary Latino arts, culture, and heritage experiences to audiences across the region.
