We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead and drive our sales efforts for corrosive exhaust systems and point-of-use scrubbers. This role is pivotal in expanding market share across the semiconductor, industrial, and wastewater sectors. The ideal candidate will manage a team of six Regional Sales Managers and oversee strategic sales operations in North America and Europe.

  • Leadership - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of six Regional Sales Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the semiconductor, industrial, and wastewater markets.
  • Market Expansion - Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders in target markets.
  • Team Performance - Set performance goals for direct reports and provide continuous coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement - Act as a primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Reporting & Analysis - Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for executive leadership.
  • Up to 50% travel within North America and Europe
Show your expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with 5+ years in in a leadership role, preferably within the semiconductor, industrial, or wastewater sectors.
  • Understanding of corrosive exhaust systems, point-of-use scrubbers, or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading geographically dispersed teams and managing multi-million-dollar revenue goals.
What can you expect

The work environment characteristics include periodic noise increases when in the Manufacturing facility, although the office environment is usually quiet and respectful. Safety glasses and other required safety protection should be worn when out in the manufacturing facility, which may vary depending on the area you are working/visiting.
