Are you passionate about serving others and exceeding expectations? Do you have experience managing people and projects? If so, we would like to talk to you about joining our growing team as the Resident Services Manager. As the Resident Services/Concierge Manager for Touchmark in the West Hills, you will oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of the concierge, transportation, valet, and front desk reception team members, and ensure that each person has the power to contribute to an amazing resident and guest experience.

You and your team of hospitality-gurus will provide amenities such as scheduling services (maintenance, personal transportation, etc.), assisting in problem-solving special requests (clothing needs, voting, letter writing, etc.), coordinating with other teams to support residents and their families through the move-in process, and overseeing mail and parcel operations, including newspaper and similar deliveries within the community. If you have a servant’s heart and an eye for detail, you may be the person we are seeking for this role!

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • A commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
  • Knowledge of and experience in managing and delivering high-level hospitality services
  • Experience hiring, training, and supervising diverse team members
  • Excellent time-management skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks
  • A genuine interest in working with a senior population
  • An above-average level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
